Demos

Before sending us a demo, please take the time to read our submission guidelines first.

What do you need to do?

Firstly, do your research and listen to our previous releases to find out what kind of music we like.

If you think that your sound might not fit on this label, then check out our sub-label Elektrax Recordings.

Upload your demos in MP3 format (minimum 128 kbit/s) and send us links to direct downloads. You can also combine all tracks and upload them as ZIP or RAR.

Don't ask us to go to a website to listen to your music - we wont, we don't have the time.

We will usually choose 3 or 4 tracks for an EP, so make sure you send us enough variety as we don't put out single track releases!

Please include a short artist bio, tell us about the styles of music and give us a brief description of your demo.

Make sure to include your name, email and your URL or MySpace address if you have them.

What will we do?

Our A&R staff will carefully listen to each demo.

We will only contact you if your material is suitable for our label. Usually within 2 to 3 weeks.

If we feel that another label might be interested in your music we will pass it on (with your permission of course), otherwise the demos will be deleted.

Please note!

We only put out digital releases and are interested in musicians who are passionate about their music. If you think that simply getting your music released on Beatport will make you a big star and earn you thousands of dollars, then forget it - don't contact us.

You must be prepared to work with us, our artists get involved with the label and help us to get the music "out there", if you are not prepared to do this then your release will most likely be a flop as the digital market is very competative.

Everyone is treated the same here and gets the same deal, it's sort of a family of musicians interested in the making of good music.

The rewards are being with a respected and established label in a growing online, digital market. We have deals with the best online-stores so your music will get exposed to a wide audience all over the world and with a bit of luck, can yield some financial rewards.
